Chris Frawley Joins Open AXIS Group as Customer Standards Advisor

Toronto — November 14, 2011 — Industry veteran Christopher Frawley joins Open AXIS Group as its Customer Standards Advisor. With broad experience and skills in customer service, product support, strategic planning, and business development, Chris will facilitate the working groups formed under Open AXIS Group’s Customer Centric Search and Response Initiative.

Frawley was instrumental in defining and executing North American product strategy for Amadeus. As a senior leader at Continental Airlines, he led their customer self-service initiatives from speech recognition to airport kiosks. As one of the founding executives at Eos, Chris helped develop their customer experience design and policies as well as delivered the company’s online presence. At start-up airline Skybus, he had the central responsibility for envisioning and implementing the airport customer experience. For Frontier Airlines, Chris helped coordinate and implement their revamped fare system and improve their online customer experience.
